- Setelah mendidih tuang larutan maizena aduk cepat sampe mengental angkat pindahkan ke dalam baskom biarkan suhu ruang baru simpan di freezer selama 6-8 jam.
- Setelah mengkristal beku kerok supaya memudahkan di mixer campur dengan SP yg sudah di tim (campur dengan 2 sdm air panas aduk rata) mixer sampe lembut creamy.
