Bahan Ongol-Ongol Ubi Kayu (Singkong)

  1. Diperlukan 700 gr ubi kayu (singkong).
  2. Gunakan 200 gr gula pasir.
  3. Diperlukan 1 bungkus agar-agar plain.
  4. Siapkan 4 sdm fiber creme.
  5. Diperlukan 25 gr tepung tapioka.
  6. Diperlukan 1/2 sdt vanili bubuk.
  7. Siapkan 1 sdt garam.
  8. Dibutuhkan Pewarna makanan.

  10. Dibutuhkan Kelapa parut.

  5. Beri masing-masing adonan pewarna sesuai selera, aduk hingga warna tercampur rata.
  6. Kukus selama 30 menit pada kukusan yg sudah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu. Kukus sampai matang kemudian angkat.
  7. Dinginkan terlebih dahulu sampai agar-agar set.
  8. Bahan baluran : taburi kelapa parut dengan dengan sedikit garam & gula pasir, aduk rata & tes rasa. Kukus selama 10 menit agar tahan lama & tidak cepat basi.
  9. Potong ongol-ongol dengan pisau yg sudah dibaluri air/pisau plastik. Balurkan ke kelapa parut. Ongol-ongol siap disajikan ❤.
